Frequently Asked Questions After I place my order, how long until I should expect to receive it? Orders are processed manually after you submit your order to us using the secure order form here. You'll then receive a confirmation number within 24 hours, and will receive your order within 7-10 business days depending on where you are located. All orders are shipped by UPS. Where don't you ship to? We do not ship outside the USA, to military bases, Hawaii and/or Alaska. Does my credit card get billed instantly after I place my order? No, we always process your credit card manually the day we ship your order out to you. Your credit card and personal information will never be shared or sold to anyone. What if I place an order and you don't have what I am looking for available? Since we do the processing manually, we automatically check to see if what you order is available or not. Although it is a good idea to send one of our customer support represenatives an email and ask if it is available. Be sure to include a part number and all applicable information so your email will be responded to. Do you offer faster shipping? Yes, we will send your order faster but it will be expensive, we do not make any money from shipping. We charge what we are charged, all orders are shipped by UPS. Overnight shipping normally runs around the $75 - $100 range. Any other shipping other than UPS ground is not recommended. Do you accept checks or money orders? Yes, please allow 7 business days after we receive it for your check or money order to clear.
